We’re Hiring | Regulatory Compliance Executive – Documentation

Location: Sector 68, Noida

Experience: 1–2 Years

Working Days: Monday to Friday | 5 Days Working

Corpseed is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Regulatory Compliance Executive – Documentation to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing regulatory documentation, government filings, licensing processes, client coordination, and ensuring timely completion of compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage regulatory filings and documentation related to DGFT, ROC, MSME Registration, GeM Portal, and CGWA .
- Process and manage Import Export Code (IEC), Factory License, Trade License, EPR, and FSSAI License .
- Coordinate with clients and relevant government departments for applications, approvals, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate documentation for regulatory submissions.
- Ensure timely submission of applications and follow up on approvals.
- Track compliance deadlines and maintain updated records.
- Stay updated on applicable regulatory requirements, procedures, and government portal processes

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.




- 1–2 years of experience in regulatory compliance/documentation preferred.
- Knowledge of government filings, registrations, and licensing processes.
- Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online government portals.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge and a strong interest in regulatory compliance may also apply
