BrightCHAMPS is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to lead statutory, corporate, financial, and regulatory compliance across our global entities.

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Experience: 2–5 Years

Department: Finance & Compliance

Reports To: Head of Finance

Key Responsibilities

- Manage compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 and ROC/MCA filings.
- Handle FEMA and RBI compliance, including FDI/ODI, FC-GPR, FC-TRS, FLA and ECB reporting.
- Manage Board, Committee and General Meetings, resolutions, minutes and statutory registers.
- Coordinate compliance for overseas entities across Singapore, USA, Indonesia, Vietnam and Bangladesh.
- Manage intercompany agreements and coordinate transfer pricing compliance.
- Coordinate statutory, internal and secretarial audits and closure of observations.
- Oversee contract compliance,



banking compliance and KYC renewals.
- Maintain the master compliance calendar, risk trackers and compliance dashboards.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation of compliance requirements.

Qualification

- Mandatory: CA
- Valuable to have: Company Secretary (CS)
- Preferred: Diploma in FEMA / International Compliance
