Role & Responsibilities

- Dispense medicines accurately as per valid prescriptions.

- Review prescriptions for dosage, drug interactions, and patient safety.

- Counsel customers on proper medicine usage, storage, and precautions.

- Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Act, MSPC regulations, and company SOPs.

- Maintain accurate billing, prescription records, and controlled medicine documentation.

- Monitor inventory, expiry dates, stock rotation, and replenishment.

- Handle customer queries and deliver a high standard of patient care.

- Coordinate with doctors, store staff, and warehouse for medicine availability.

- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards within the pharmacy.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- D.Pharm or B.Pharm from a recognized institute.





- Valid MSPC (Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council) Registration is mandatory.

- 05 years of experience in retail or chain pharmacy (freshers can apply).

- Positive communication and customer service skills.

- Basic computer and pharmacy billing software knowledge.

- Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
