JAJ Equipment Industries, a well-established commercial kitchen equipment manufacturer with over 30 years of industry experience, is looking for an experienced Regional Manager – Sales & Projects to drive business growth and manage key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and achieve regional sales targets and business objectives.

- Identify current business opportunities in the HORECA, hospitality, institutional and commercial sectors.

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with hotels, restaurants, consultants, contractors and key clients.

- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, understand requirements and convert enquiries into orders.

- Prepare and negotiate quotations, commercial proposals and project contracts.

- Coordinate with design, production, purchase, installation and service teams for smooth project execution.

- Monitor project progress, timelines, costing and customer requirements.

- Manage existing key accounts and develop long-term customer relationships.

- Track sales pipeline, prepare regular sales reports and provide accurate business forecasts.

- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of project-related issues.

- Conduct market analysis and monitor competitors,



pricing and industry trends.

- Represent the company at exhibitions, client meetings and industry events.

- Lead and support the regional sales team to improve overall business performance.

- Travel within the assigned region as required.

Requirements & Skills:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial kitchen equipment, HORECA, hospitality equipment or project-based sales.

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development.

- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

- Good understanding of commercial kitchen equipment, layouts and project execution.

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD for understanding/reviewing kitchen layouts and drawings.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
