RecruitMyself is a boutique recruitment firm placing mid-to-senior professionals across BFSI, Pharmaceuticals, and Technology. We work with small and medium enterprises (50 to 500 employees) that need quality hires without the overhead of large staffing agencies.

The Role:

This is a full 360 recruitment role. You will identify and sign new clients, understand their hiring needs, source and screen candidates, and close placements end to end; from first conversation to signed invoice. If you are looking for a role where mandates are handed to you, this is not it.

What You Will Do

- Identify and onboard recent B2B clients in BFSI, Pharma, and Technology
- Own the complete recruitment cycle: client briefing, candidate sourcing, shortlisting, offer, placement, and invoice
- Maintain a live network of companies and hiring managers you can call on for mandates
- Submit a minimum of 10 strong shortlisted candidates per active mandate
- Track your full pipeline: mandates, candidates submitted, interviews, placements

Who We Are Looking For

- 2 to 4 years of non-IT recruitment experience, ideally in BFSI, Pharma, or Technology




- Existing network of companies and hiring managers — this is a requirement, not a nice-to-have
- Proven record of end-to-end placements, not just sourcing or coordination
- Fluent in English
- GCC or international hiring market experience is very welcome and preferred

Our Hiring Process Round 1: 20-minute call. You will name three specific placements you have closed — company, role, and approximate salary range. Generic answers do not move forward.

Round 2: Strategy presentation. Prepare a short document covering your 3-month plan: which companies you would target, which platforms you would use, and how you would source your first mandate.

Round 3: 45 minutes. A structured pressure test, a 10-minute live roleplay, then 15 minutes covering references, terms, start date, and 90-day review structure.

Compensation

Fixed: Rs. 4,50,000 to 7,50,000 per annum based on experience

Performance incentive: discussed at offer stage
