Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across different roles and industries. The candidate should have solid sourcing, screening, coordination, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements and source suitable candidates.
- Source profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, compensation, notice period, and career expectations.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.




- Prepare candidate summaries and update recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate offer negotiations and joining formalities.
- Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in an executive search firm or recruitment consultancy would be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and work within timelines.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and recruitment trackers.
