About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end manpower hiring for our City Gas Distribution (CGD) projects. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding skilled and semi-skilled manpower across finance and project execution functions for CGD sites.

Scope of Work

- Manage bulk and specialized recruitment for CGD sector manpower requirements, including:
- Accountants (site/project-level finance staff)
- Project Managers (CGD project execution and coordination)

- Supervisors (CGD field/site supervision)
- Coordinate with project heads and site teams to define manpower requirements and timelines
- Source candidates through job portals, consultancies, referrals, and industry networks
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring stakeholders
- Negotiate offers and manage the end-to-end offer-to-joining process
- Maintain a manpower database/pipeline for ongoing and upcoming CGD projects
- Ensure compliance with statutory and documentation requirements for hired staff




- Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, fill rate) and report to management

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to the oil & gas / CGD / infrastructure / EPC sector
- Proven experience in bulk hiring and hiring for technical/site roles
- Robust network of manpower consultancies and sourcing channels relevant to CGD projects
- Good understanding of roles such as Accountants, Project Managers, and Supervisors in project-based environments
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS / ATS tools

Preferred
- Prior experience recruiting for City Gas Distribution (CGD) companies or EPC contractors serving the CGD sector
- Familiarity with PNGRB-regulated project environments
