Collection Supervisor

Experienced: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 (INR)

- Supervise telecalling and/or field collection activity for assigned bank or NBFC portfolios, products,

buckets, and locations.
- Allocate cases fairly, review high-value and critical accounts, and monitor daily collection, resolution,

roll-back, PTP, and deposition targets.
- Conduct morning briefings, account reviews, field planning, and end-of-day performance checks with

Team Leads and executives.
- Ensure employees follow client instructions, approved customer-contact practices, ID-card

requirements, receipt controls, and data-confidentiality rules.
- Resolve customer disputes and operational bottlenecks, coordinate with client officials, and escalate

legal, fraud, repossession, or settlement matters only through authorized channels.
- Submit accurate portfolio MIS, visit reports, shortfall analysis, and action plans to management

within prescribed timelines. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
