About The Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter / Non-IT Recruiter to join our expanding team at ConvexTech Inc. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of experience in recruitment, demonstrating proficiency in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across IT and non-IT domains.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, develop your recruitment skills, and contribute to the growth of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and achieving placement targets.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.
- Proven knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools, including ATS/CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of hiring processes, market trends, and industry best practices.
- Freshers with a keen interest in recruitment and the right attitude are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities





- Identify and source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking.
- Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate databases within ATS/CRM platforms for seamless tracking and communication.
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience and long-term engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide suitable talent solutions.
- Coordinate interview schedules, follow-ups, and offer negotiations to facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly recruitment targets by proactively managing the recruitment pipeline.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to advise clients and candidates effectively.
