- Receptionist – Automobile Detailing Company

- Location: Near Hopes College, Coimbatore

- - We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers visiting our automobile detailing showroom

- Key Responsibilities - Welcome and greet customers and visitors professionally.
- Attend incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them to the Sales or Service team.
- Manage customer appointments and showroom visits. -

- Maintain visitor records, customer enquiries, and appointment details.

- Provide basic information about vehicles, products, and showroom services.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, and other departments for smooth customer handling.

- Handle customer queries politely and escalate concerns when required. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

- - Assist with basic administrative tasks, data entry, and documentation. Requirements





- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.

- - Good knowledge of Tamil and English; Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

- - Good customer-handling and coordination skills.
- Prior experience in reception, front office, customer service, or automobile industry is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

- Ideal Candidate A confident and approachable individual who enjoys interacting with customers and can efficiently manage multiple front-office responsibilities in a fast-paced automobile detailing showroom.
