React / Next.js Developer (L3)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced React / Next.js Developer (L3) to join the Digital Experience Platform team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining scalable web applications using React and Next.js within a modern headless CMS architecture.

The role involves collaborating with architects, CMS developers, product owners, QA teams, and UX designers to deliver high-performance, accessible, and reusable digital experiences across multiple brands and channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and Next.js.

Build reusable and scalable UI components aligned with Design System standards.

Integrate frontend applications with Headless CMS platforms (AEM, Contentful, etc.).

Consume REST APIs and GraphQL APIs for content and business data integration.

Implement responsive, accessible, and SEO-friendly user experiences.

Optimize application performance using SSR, SSG, ISR, caching, and modern frontend techniques.

Collaborate with CMS, backend, and platform teams to define content models and API contracts.

Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and architecture improvements.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide L3 support for business-critical applications.

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code quality initiatives.

Follow security, performance, and accessibility best practices.

Experience

- 5-8 years of overall frontend development experience
- 3+ years of hands-on React.js development
- 2+ years of Next.js development in enterprise-scale applications
- Experience working in headless or decoupled CMS architectures

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
