Organic Chemistry

Freshers to join our R&D; team. The candidate will be involved in organic synthesis, process development, reaction monitoring, analytical interpretation, and laboratory documentation for the development of specialty chemicals, agrochemicals, and intermediates.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform organic synthesis experiments under the guidance of senior scientists.

- Execute multi-step reactions and maintain laboratory notebooks.

- Monitor reactions using analytical techniques such as TLC, HPLC, GC, and spectroscopy.

- Purify synthesized compounds through distillation, crystallization, and chromatography.

- Analyze and interpret experimental results.

- Prepare samples for characterization using NMR, IR, GC-MS, and HPLC.

- Maintain accurate documentation of experiments and observations.

- Follow laboratory safety, quality, and environmental guidelines.

- Assist in process optimization and scale-up studies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution
