RCM Team Lead with a minimum of 7 years experience in U.S. medical billing and insurance claims management. Need accurate claim submission, denial prevention, denial resolution, reconciliation and AR posting, payment posting, charge entry, and prior authorizations experience. Biological infusion/injection billing PREFERRED.
The RCM Team Lead will oversee the day-to-day work of the RCM team, provide guidance to team members, and ensure all revenue cycle activities are completed accurately and on time. This person will be responsible for monitoring team performance, identifying and resolving billing or workflow issues, following up on outstanding AR and denials, and ensuring the overall RCM process runs smoothly and efficiently.
This is an in office job in Chennai and working time is night shift during 8:30 am to 5:30 pm USA EST (6:00 pm to 3:00 am IST Indian Time) with one hour break.
