Role Description The Quick Commerce Executive will manage and optimize the brands presence on quick commerce and instant delivery platforms, ensuring product listings, pricing, and promotions are accurate and compelling. This full time, on-site role based in Bandra (Khar Mumbai) involves coordinating with internal teams and platform partners to maintain stock levels, monitor order performance, and resolve operational issues promptly. The executive will analyze sales data, track key performance metrics, and recommend actions to improve visibility, conversion, and customer satisfaction.

Daily tasks include updating catalogs, overseeing campaign execution, responding to platform queries, and supporting logistics and fulfillment for smooth last-mile delivery. The role also includes identifying growth opportunities, competitor benchmarking, and contributing to process improvements within the quick commerce function.

Qualifications

- Experience in e-commerce or quick commerce operations, including catalog management,



order tracking, and coordination with marketplace partners.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, performance metrics, and customer trends to drive decisions.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams such as marketing, supply chain, and customer support.

- Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple platforms, campaigns, and daily operational tasks.

- Comfort with using spreadsheets and basic digital tools for reporting, data entry, and platform management.

- Prior experience in FMCG, wellness, or D2C brands is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

- Ability to work on-site in Bandra (Khar Mumbai) and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
