Job Purpose To handle quantity estimation, billing, cost monitoring, BOQ preparation and quantity-related documentation for real estate and construction projects, ensuring accuracy and proper cost control.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and check BOQ, quantity take-offs and material estimates.
- Prepare RA bills, subcontractor bills and client bills.
- Verify quantities at site and match them with drawings and BOQ.
- Check contractor/subcontractor measurements and bills.
- Prepare rate analysis and support cost estimation.
- Track project quantities, material consumption and costs.
- Coordinate with Project, Site, Procurement and Accounts teams.
- Assist in variation statements, extra items and reconciliation.
- Review drawings and identify quantity changes.
- Maintain proper records of measurements, bills, BOQs and project documents.




- Support project team in controlling unnecessary costs and avoiding quantity errors.
- Visit project sites for measurements and verification as required.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Billing Engineer / QS Engineer.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, billing and rate analysis.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of civil construction works and materials.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Solid attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Real estate / construction industry experience preferred.

- Mangalore-based candidates preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Willingness to visit project sites.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
