Hiring – Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Company: House Construction
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1–5 Years
Employment Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, estimates and cost calculations.
- Measure RCC, steel, masonry, plastering, flooring and finishing works.
- Prepare and verify contractor/vendor bills.
- Monitor project quantities, costs and material consumption.
- Conduct quantity reconciliation and identify variations.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and vendors.
- Review drawings and ensure quantities match project requirements.
- Maintain project-wise quantity and cost records.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying, BOQ & Estimation.
- Good understanding of residential construction.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Valuable analytical and communication skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
