CTC: Minimum 40 K To maximum 55 K PM

Key Responsibilities

- Quantity take-off from IFC/GFC drawings and specifications
- BOQ preparation and verification
- Client RA billing and site measurements
- Subcontractor/vendor bill verification
- Joint measurements with client/consultant/subcontractors
- Quantity reconciliation against BOQ/tender quantities
- Identification and preparation of variations, deviations, and extra items
- Rate analysis for non-BOQ and extra items
- Material reconciliation for cement, steel, concrete, etc.
- Cost control and project budget monitoring
- Monthly commercial/MIS reporting
- Review of drawing revisions and quantity updates




- Final billing and project closure documentation
- Contractual claim and commercial documentation
- Coordination with Site, Planning, Procurement, Accounts, and Project teams
