- Manage end-to-end Quantity Surveying activities for all assigned construction projects.
- Prepare and review quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimates, and measurements accurately and on time.
- Monitor project quantities and costs against approved budgets and project scope throughout execution.
- Review contractor bills, measurements, variations, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, contracts, and site teams on quantity and commercial matters.
- Identify and evaluate quantity variations and assess their commercial impact on the project.
- Maintain accurate quantity records, reports, and project documentation across all active projects.
- Review construction drawings and specifications for quantity-related requirements and clarifications.
- Support project teams with cost analysis and commercial decision-making.
- Monitor project cost and quantity changes throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission and review of measurements and contractor bills.




- Provide regular commercial and quantity-related reports to management.

Mandatory

Requirements

- 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying within construction or real estate — Mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in high-rise building projects — Mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in MIVAN construction or MIVAN projects — Mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, measurements, billing, variations, and cost control.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret construction drawings and specifications independently.
- Strong understanding of construction execution and project commercial processes.
- Experience with reputed real-estate developers or builders is preferred.
- Robust analytical, communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Candidates who have worked with established real-estate developers and builders with hands-on experience in high-rise residential projects using MIVAN construction will be strongly preferred
