Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Apollo Clinic)

Experience: 8–10 Years (Mandatory experience in NABL environments)

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain and update the Quality Manual, SOPs, oversee the LAB Department.
2. Oversee Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Calibration and Preventive Maintenance (PM) of lab analyzers.
3. Supervise a team of lab technicians and phlebotomists. Conduct training on safety, technical updates, and soft skills.
4. Ensure strict adherence to Bio-medical Waste (BMW) management and NABL safety protocols.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: * M.Sc. in Medical Lab Technology (MLT) / Biochemistry / Microbiology
- Experience: 8–10 years in a diagnostic lab, as a leadership/Quality Manager role within an NABL-certified setup.
- Shift Time: 12 pm to 9 pm
