The project:

Mace is providing PMC services for a redevelopment project in Delhi.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Provide efficient administrative support for quality assurance activities, including coordination of meetings and documentation of outcomes.
- Coordinate audit planning and administration, ensuring timely preparation, documentation, and reporting.
- Support the delivery of external audits through effective stakeholder coordination and logistical management.
- Contribute to communication initiatives by gathering and submitting content aligned with project and business objectives.
- Review and enhance presentations to ensure clear, accurate, and high-quality information for decision-making.




- Collaborate across teams to provide operational support while advancing Mace’s commitment to net zero carbon outcomes.

You’ll need to have:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in the relevant field.
