Role Purpose To lead the complete Quality function for the manufacturing facility, ensuring consistent product quality, process control, customer satisfaction and compliance with applicable quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete Quality Assurance & Quality Control function.
- Establish and monitor quality standards, processes and inspection systems.
- Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) across manufacturing operations.
- Drive ISO 9001 compliance and support other applicable management systems.
- Monitor incoming, in-process and final inspection activities.
- Identify quality issues, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA.
- Reduce rejection, rework, scrap and customer complaints.
- Establish quality KPIs and monitor performance through regular MIS.
- Work closely with Production, PPC, Design, Procurement and Stores teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure quality of raw materials, components and finished products.
- Handle customer complaints, corrective actions and quality-related communication.
- Lead internal, external,



customer and certification audits.
- Develop and implement SOPs, inspection plans, checklists and quality procedures.
- Train and develop the quality team and create a strong quality culture on the shop floor.
- Drive continuous improvement, process improvement and defect prevention initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of quality records.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in manufacturing quality management.
- Excellent knowledge of QMS, QC tools, RCA, CAPA and process control.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and audit management.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inspection and testing.
- Positive leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong cross-functional coordination and team-management abilities.

Qualification B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.

Preferred: Candidates from engineering/manufacturing, fabrication, sheet metal, PEB, data center infrastructure or similar manufacturing industries.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
