Role & responsibilities

- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for MEP works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

- Conduct inspections for Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and ELV installations.

- Review MIRs, WIRs, inspection checklists, test reports, and material documentation.

- Ensure materials and workmanship comply with approved standards and specifications.

- Identify and manage NCRs, observations, and corrective/preventive actions and ensure timely closure.

- Witness and support testing, commissioning, and Integrated Testing & Commissioning (ITC) activities.

- Ensure compliance with relevant standards including IS, NBC, NFPA, ASHRAE, IEC, and client requirements.

- Maintain quality records, registers, reports, and documentation.

- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients on quality-related matters.

- Conduct quality awareness sessions and support continuous improvement at project sites.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in Data Centers, Industrial, Commercial, or Infrastructure Projects preferred.
