- Design and develop engineering designs for plastic injection molded parts using CAD software.
- Conduct incoming inspections to ensure quality of raw materials and components meet specifications.
- Implement preventative actions to minimize defects and improve overall product quality through root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to dimension tolerances, GD&T;, T&C; Engineers' requirements.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role .
- Proficiency in engineering design, quality control, and quality documentation processes.
- Solid understanding of RCA/CAPA principles and ability to implement them effectively.
- Experience with incoming inspection procedures, including visual examination, measurement verification, etc.
