Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at project locations. This role includes coordinating site activities, supervising workforce and contractors, and ensuring that work is completed safely, on schedule, and in line with quality standards and project specifications.

The Site

Supervisor will monitor progress, maintain site documentation, track materials and resources, and report regularly to project managers and senior stakeholders.





Responsibilities also include enforcing safety protocols, resolving on-site issues, supporting inspections and audits, and liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Qualifications

- Conduct quality inspection at warehouse, site & vendor locations.
- Perform incoming material inspections and verify as per drawings, BOQ & technical standards.
- Carry out vendor quality audits and ensure compliance with approved quality plans.
- Identify defects, raise NCRs, and coordinate for corrective actions.
- Ensure timely closure of quality issues in coordination with project teams.
- Conduct internal quality audits and support client.
- Participate in quality review meetings with stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports, inspection records, compliance documents, KPI and monthly progress Summaries.
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards, customer specs & statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering & Project teams to resolve quality issues.
- Support installation teams with quality-related technical support.

Skill Set

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Management.
- Familiarity with relevant standards/codes and QA/QC procedure.
