About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Analyst to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of data within a large enterprise data ecosystem.

As organizations continue to modernize and migrate their data infrastructure, your expertise will support quality assurance efforts across various data pipelines and platforms. You will work closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and other stakeholders to develop and implement validation strategies, automate testing processes, and uphold data quality standards essential for strategic decision-making and compliance.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data validation, testing methodologies, and database management. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.

Candidates should have proven experience working with large datasets, SQL, and data pipeline validation. Familiarity with cloud platforms and automated testing frameworks is a plus. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities





- Develop and execute comprehensive data validation and testing strategies to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all pipelines.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality issues within complex data workflows and pipelines.
- Validate data ingestion processes from various sources including SQL Server, DB2, and flat files to guarantee proper data transfer and transformation.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to optimize data quality standards and ensure high-quality data delivery for analytics and reporting purposes.
- Create and maintain automated testing frameworks and monitoring solutions to streamline data validation processes and facilitate proactive issue detection.
- Support cloud-based data modernization initiatives by validating data migration and transformation activities within cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
- Document data quality issues, resolutions, and best practices to promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
