Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Engineer – Building Construction to ensure that all construction activities meet the required quality standards and project specifications. The ideal candidate will oversee quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) plans for construction projects.

- Conduct site inspections to verify construction materials, workmanship, and adherence to design specifications.

- Ensure compliance with local building codes, project specifications, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM).

- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to identify quality-related concerns.

- Monitor and document non-conformances (NCRs) and recommend corrective actions.

- Perform testing of construction materials (concrete, steel, soil, etc.) and analyses test reports.

- Work closely with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers to maintain quality standards.





- Assist in conducting internal and external audits for quality assurance.

- Maintain quality documentation, reports, and records for project compliance.

- Train site workers and engineers on quality control procedures and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and quality inspection processes.

- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ASTM, ACI, and other construction quality standards.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and quality control software.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.

- Robust communication skills to coordinate with contractors, engineers, and regulatory authorities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
