Key Responsibilities

- Monitor quality at pre-press, printing, finishing and dispatch stages.

- Inspect printed materials such as mono cartons, leaflets, brochures, danglers, standees and packaging materials.

- Check colour, size, GSM, paper/board quality, printing registration, cutting, creasing, folding, pasting and finishing.

- Conduct in-process and final inspection of products.

- Identify quality defects and take corrective/preventive action.

- Coordinate with Production, Pre-Press, Stores and Sales/Client Servicing teams to resolve quality issues.

- Maintain quality inspection reports, rejection reports and other QC records.

- Ensure production is carried out as per approved sample, artwork, specifications and customer requirements.





- Handle customer complaints related to product quality and support root-cause analysis.

- Monitor wastage, rejection and rework and suggest improvements.

- Ensure proper handling and segregation of rejected/non-conforming material.

- Conduct regular quality checks on machines and production processes.

- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with company procedures.

- Train production staff regarding quality standards and common defects.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
