Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control inspections of Structures and welding processes to ensure compliance with AWS/ASME standards.
- Perform third party inspection (TPI) audits to verify adherence to quality control procedures.
- Review documentation related to QA/QC activities, including inspection reports, test results, and certifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the quality control process.
- Ensure accurate recording of inspection data and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Issue of Observations and NC's for non compliances.
- NDT testing, Blasting inspection, Painting inspection.
- Valuable hands on reading and referring structural steel Drawings
- Issuance of Daily & Weekly consolidated report.
