The ideal candidate will oversee the entire quality control process, conduct inspections, identify defects, and recommend improvements to meet regulatory and company standards. /n Roles & Responsibilities: /n /n

- Inspect and test incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards.

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.

/n

- Monitor production processes and provide feedback to improve quality and efficiency.

/n

- Identify quality issues, investigate root causes, and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions.

- Maintain records of inspections,



tests, and related activities for compliance audits

- Ensure adherence to standard defined process and regulatory guidelines.

- Train production staff on quality control standards and best practices.

/n

- Collaborate with the quality assurance (QA) team to improve the overall quality management system.

/n /n Educational Qualifications: /n Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) /n Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA) /n Experience: 5 - 10 years of relevant experience
