Experience: 0 to 3 years in Smart Metering

Responsibilities

Quality Control

o Perform advanced quality planning and deploy necessary quality controls on new products as assigned by supervisors.

o Develop qualification plans for all internal processes and purchased products.

o Diagnose failures and create corrective plans (problem solving).

o Take corrective and preventive action with suppliers as part of the 8D process.

o Develop End of Line (EOL) test benches.

o Cooperate with developers and testers in a multinational team.

o Provide suggestions to enhance different systems or software.

o Coordinate internal resources (India & Poland )and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution o Create and maintain comprehensive support and QC-related documentation.

o Report and escalate to management as needed.

o Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.

Requirements

o Proven working experience in support roles.

o Positive understanding of digital electronics and metrology.

o Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.

o Basic knowledge of popular IoT communication technologies (Lora, Sigfox, NBIoT, LTE-cat M1).

o Experience in quality control of electronic devices.

o Basic quality knowledge (ISO 9001, VDA6.3, PPAP)

o Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Technical Proficiency

o Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

o Experience in developing qualification plans for internal processes and purchased products.

o Ability to diagnose failures and create corrective plans.

o Experience in taking corrective and preventive actions with suppliers as part of the 8D process.

o Familiarity with developing EOL test benches.

Additional Responsibilities: Provide suggestions to enhance different systems or software. Collaborate with developers and testers in a multinational team to ensure quality and support for smart metering and automation projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
