Location: Sanaswadi, Pune

Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Position: Quality Assurance Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and maintain ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) .
- Manage Incoming, In-Process and Final Quality Inspection .
- Handle Customer Complaints, 8D, CAPA and NCRs .
- Manage Internal, Customer and ISO/External Audits .
- Establish and monitor Quality KPIs, Objectives and Process Controls .
- Drive reduction of Rejection, Rework, Scrap and Cost of Poor Quality .
- Ensure Customer Specification, Product Traceability and Quality Compliance .
- Support New Product Development, Trials and First Article Inspection .
- Lead and develop the Quality Team .
- Promote Continuous Improvement, 5S and Quality Awareness across the organization.




- Escalate critical quality issues and provide regular quality performance reports to Management.

Authority & Accountability The Quality Manager will have authority to hold/reject non-conforming materials, stop production or dispatch in case of critical quality issues, raise NCRs and ensure corrective actions . The position will be fully accountable for the Quality Assurance, Quality Control and QMS functions of Convertex India Pvt. Ltd.
