Job Purpose: /n To ensure the highest standards of quality assurance for Aluminium Rod manufacturing by conducting timely testing, maintaining compliance with customer, statutory, and IS requirements, facilitating smooth customer and third-party inspections, implementing corrective actions based on customer feedback, sustaining quality documentation, and delivering defect-free products while achieving zero PFG through robust quality control and continuous improvement practices. /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Ensure smooth functioning of all QA activities across the plant.

/n

- Conduct timely testing of manufactured Aluminium Rods with zero pending finished goods (PFG).

/n

- Facilitate successful customer and third-party inspections without major observations.

/n

- Maintain and sustain quality documentation, records, and BIS compliance.

/n

- Ensure timely calibration of testing and measuring equipment.

/n

- Implement corrective and preventive actions based on customer feedback and inspection findings.

/n





- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.

/n

- Minimize Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and ensure compliance with customer specifications and applicable standards.

/n /n Key Requirements & Skills: /n /n

- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control in a manufacturing workplace.

/n

- Educational Qualification- Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering

/n

- Verification and validation of calibration certificates.

/n

- Knowledge of Quality Core Tools (7 QC-Tools, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, SPC, MSA, etc.).

/n

- Knowledge of Aluminium Rod manufacturing processes and product specifications.

/n

- Understanding of Customer Specific Requirements (CSR).

/n

- Knowledge of BIS, IS standards, and quality management systems.

/n

- Customer and Third-Party Inspection handling.

/n

- Quality documentation and record management.

/n

- Testing and measuring equipment management and calibration control.
