Role Description The Quality Control Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Nelamangala. This role is responsible for performing routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
The analyst will operate and maintain laboratory equipment, document test results accurately, and assist in investigating out-of-specification findings. Daily activities include preparing reagents, following standard operating procedures, supporting method validation or transfer, and collaborating with Quality Assurance to implement corrective and preventive actions. The role also involves maintaining laboratory safety practices, supporting audits,
and contributing to continuous improvement of quality control processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret test results, troubleshoot issues, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control expertise to perform testing, follow SOPs, and ensure product compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Candidates should possess Laboratory Skills, including sample preparation, documentation, and adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Candidates should possess proficiency with Laboratory Equipment such as balances, pH meters, chromatographic instruments, and other analytical tools.
- Candidates should possess Quality Assurance knowledge to support deviations, CAPA activities, and audit readiness.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing environments, preferably in quality-related roles.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, regulated environment.
- Familiarity with GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines applicable to pharmaceutical and cosmetic products is beneficial.
