We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team and help ensure the quality, reliability, usability, and performance of our enterprise applications. /n The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience testing enterprise systems, web applications, and mobile applications, along with solid expertise in test automation using Playwright. /n Responsibilities /n /n

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.

/n

- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, end-to-end, usability, and non-functional testing.

/n

- Test complex enterprise systems involving multiple applications, services, integrations, APIs, and databases.

/n

- Perform testing across web and mobile applications and ensure consistent user experience across platforms.

/n

- Build and maintain robust automated test suites using Playwright.

/n

- Identify opportunities to increase test automation coverage and improve overall QA efficiency.

/n

- Analyze requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business workflows to identify gaps and potential risks.

/n

- Work closely with developers, product managers, business analysts, and other QA engineers throughout the SDLC.

/n

- Create, manage, and track defects using JIRA, including clear reproduction steps, expected/actual results, severity, and supporting evidence.

/n

- Perform API testing and validate integrations between systems and services.

/n

- Perform database validation and backend testing using SQL.

/n

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

/n

- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, automation frameworks, and best practices.

/n

- Investigate production issues and support root-cause analysis where required.

- 3+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance / Testing.

/n

- In-depth experience working with and testing enterprise-level systems.

/n

- Strong hands-on experience testing web applications and mobile applications.

/n

- Strong experience with Playwright automation using TypeScript.

/n

- Experience designing and maintaining scalable and reliable UI automation frameworks.

/n

- Strong understanding of functional and non-functional testing methodologies.

/n

- Hands-on experience with usability testing, regression testing, integration testing, system testing, and end-to-end testing.

/n

- Strong experience with JIRA and defect/test management workflows.

/n

- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.

/n

- Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or similar.

/n

- Strong SQL/database testing skills.

/n

- Good understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, status codes, JSON, and web technologies.

/n

- Experience with Git/version control systems.

/n

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into build/deployment workflows.

/n

- Understanding of SDLC and STLC, test strategies, defect life cycle, and QA best practices.

/n

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

/n

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases and potential product risks.

/n

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- 3+ years of hands-on QA/testing experience in a professional software development setting.

- Demonstrated experience delivering quality assurance for enterprise applications.

- Proven hands-on experience with Playwright automation.

/n

- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
