Job Responsibilities

- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
- Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, procedures, and quality records.
- Conduct and support internal, customer, and certification audits.
- Handle NCR, CAPA, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Monitor quality KPIs, objectives, and continual improvement activities.
- Coordinate with production and other departments for effective QMS implementation.
- Support Management Review Meetings (MRM) and audit closure activities.

Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in QMS/Quality in a manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, 7 QC Tools, CAPA, 5 Why, and internal audits.
- Positive documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in steel/wire manufacturing will be an advantage.Role & responsibilities
