Role & Responsibilities

- Maintain and improve QMS as per ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 and customer-specific requirements.

- Prepare and control SOPs, Work Instructions, Process Flow Charts, Control Plans and Quality Manuals.

- Conduct internal audits and coordinate ISO, customer and supplier audits.

- Monitor CAPA and lead Root Cause Analysis using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone and Pareto Analysis.

- Maintain document control and quality records.

- Monitor quality KPIs, customer complaints, rejection trends and process performance.

- Coordinate Management Review Meetings (MRM) and prepare quality reports.

- Support NPD quality documentation and conduct QMS awareness training.

- Ensure compliance with customer and statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Purchase teams for process improvement.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech Mechanical Engineering.

- 5–8 years of experience in QMS / Quality Assurance.

- Robust knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and internal auditing.

- Hands-on experience in CAPA, Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving.

- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and Control Plan.

- Understanding of CNC, VMC, HMC, Turning and Milling processes.

- Candidates from CNC / VMC / HMC Machining, Precision Components, Heavy Engineering or Industrial Machinery Manufacturing preferred.

- Good documentation, communication and MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint skills.
