- Verification Provide on-demand validation support for deployments, hot patches, critical fixes, and production issues. Perform first-pass verification of fixes before broader QA validation. Validate customer workflows and business processes across assigned functional areas. Support &
- Escalation Expertise Maintain advanced Tier 2 and Tier 3 troubleshooting capabilities. Reproduce issues and document customer workflows. Perform technical investigation, root-cause analysis, and ticket disposition. Quality &
- Automation Support Translate production issues into automation-ready test scenarios. Partner with QA to identify recurring workflows for regression coverage. Support test organization provisioning, configuration setup, and test data readiness. Assist with environment preparation and maintenance for test automation activities.

Tier 2, Tier 3, Implementation, Configuration, Customer Success, or Product Support experience. Ability to troubleshoot both technical and business-process issues. Solid understanding of customer workflows and benefits administration use cases
