QAP EXECUTIVE – STEEL GIRDER PRODUCTION

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation, compilation and maintenance of QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) documents as per project requirements.

- Preparation and maintenance of Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and related quality documents.

- Preparation of stage-wise inspection formats, checklists and quality records for steel girder production.

- Monitoring and maintaining stage-wise inspection reports and documentation from raw material inspection through final production.

- Coordination with the Production, QC and Fabrication teams for timely completion of required inspections.

- Monitoring compliance with the approved QAP, ITP, drawings, specifications and project requirements at each production stage.

- Maintaining proper material, fabrication, welding, inspection and testing records.

- Monitoring and maintaining records of Hold Points, Witness Points and inspection clearances, wherever applicable.





- Compilation and submission of required quality documents to the Client/Consultant/Third-Party Inspection Agency.

- Maintaining proper document control, traceability and filing of all quality-related records.

- Identifying gaps in stage-wise documentation and ensuring that pending inspection reports and records are completed on time.

- Maintaining records of NCRs, observations, corrective actions and closure documents, wherever applicable.

- Preparing and maintaining the final quality dossier / manufacturing quality records for completed steel girders.

- Supporting final inspection and ensuring that all required quality documentation is complete before final approval and dispatch.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
