Role Description The QA Executive / Sr. Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily quality assurance and quality control activities in the manufacturing unit, ensuring products meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.

This role includes monitoring production processes, implementing and reviewing quality checkpoints, conducting routine inspections, and supporting internal and external audits. The individual will maintain and update quality documentation, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with production, maintenance, and R&D; teams to resolve quality-related issues. The position requires active involvement in food safety, hygiene,



and compliance with applicable standards and certifications.

This is a full-time, in office role based at the Swasth Aahar Pvt. Ltd. facility in Rohtak.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, with hands-on experience in food or FMCG manufacturing environments.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Quality Management and Quality Auditing, including familiarity with systems such as ISO, HACCP, FSSAI, or related standards.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Food Technology, including food safety, processing, and packaging practices relevant to noodle or similar food products.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree/diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and act on quality data and test results.
- Effective communication and documentation skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams on quality-related matters.
- Experience with root cause analysis, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and continuous improvement tools will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work in office in Rohtak and adapt to a quick-paced, shift-based manufacturing environment as required.
