We’re looking for a QA Automation Engineer with 3–7 years of experience to join our technology team in Chennai!
What You’ll Be Working On?
You’ll play a key role in building and improving our automation testing capabilities — from designing robust test frameworks to ensuring quality across critical applications.
? Build and maintain end-to-end automation frameworks
? Develop automated tests using Playwright + TypeScript
? Create and execute BDD scenarios using Cucumber
? Perform functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing
? Identify, troubleshoot and report defects
? Collaborate with Developers, Product and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases
? Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines
? Continuously improve test coverage, framework reliability and QA processes
What We’re Looking For?
3–7 years of QA Automation experience with strong hands-on expertise in:
✅ Playwright – Mandatory
✅ TypeScript – Mandatory
✅ Cucumber / BDD – Mandatory
✅ Web Automation Testing
✅ API Testing
✅ Git & CI/CD
✅ Strong QA & testing fundamentals
Good to have: SQL, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Agile/Scrum and cloud exposure.
A Quick Note
If your experience is primarily Selenium and you haven’t worked hands-on with Playwright, this role may not be the right fit.
We’re specifically looking for engineers who can hit the ground running with Playwright + TypeScript + Cucumber.
