Role Overview: We are seeking a versatile, high-velocity Python full stack + AI/ML Developer (MERN knowledge is a strong plus) who embraces modern AI-assisted coding (Claude, Cursor, GitHub

Copilot) to reduce traditional 4-month development cycles down to 1 month. You will take end-to-

end ownership of critical banking and business applications, from architecting fault-tolerant backend databases and event-driven microservices to deploying server-side Python UIs and training Small

Language Models (SLMs).

Key Responsibilities

AI-Driven Rapid Development: Leverage AI coding assistants (Copilot, Claude, Cursor) to rapidly prototype, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications. Rigorously review and validate AI-

generated code for security, logic, and scalability.

Full Stack Python Engineering: Design and build robust backend APIs (FastAPI, Django) and interactive client-facing dashboards using Python-native UI frameworks (Streamlit, Dash, or Django templates). Knowledge of the MERN stack is a strong plus.

High-Scale FinTech Architecture: Architect event-driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and optimize complex databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Neo4j) to handle high-volume financial transactions.

Data Integrity & Consistency: Implement Transactional Outbox patterns, idempotency keys, and





Redis caching to ensure zero financial data loss, accurate event replays, and ultra-low latency during real-time reconciliations.

Security & Compliance: Enforce strict data security standards (DPDP Act compliance). Implement

AES encryption, JWT/OAuth2 authentication, PII masking, and secure secret management (AWS

KMS/Fortanix) to protect sensitive banking data.

AI/ML Integration: Develop and deploy multi-agent workflows (LangChain, LangGraph), RAG pipelines, and customized Small Language Models (SLMs) for OCR, fraud detection, and automated document extraction.

Infrastructure & DevOps: Manage asynchronous workloads (Celery, Redis) and ensure seamless,

zero-downtime database schema migrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years of hardcore software engineering experience, or complex enterprise systems.

Backend Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, FastAPI, and Django. Strong understanding of RESTful

API design, database connection pooling, and ORM optimizations (avoiding N+1 queries).

Database & SQL: Advanced SQL skills (CTEs, Window functions, EXPLAIN ANALYZE) and experience syncing relational DBs with search engines (Elasticsearch) or graph databases (Neo4j).

Event-Driven Systems: Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ for handling high-

throughput, asynchronous events.

State Management: Proficiency in using Redis for distributed locking, idempotency, and server-side state management.

Security First: Deep understanding of enterprise security, payload encryption, and row-level

- database locking.
