About the Role

We are seeking a Python Developer with 5–7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality software solutions and contributing to various projects that drive our business forward.

Responsibilities:

- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
- Strong experience in building REST APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks. FastAPI is preferred.
- Strong experience with Message Queue – RabbitMQ is preferred.
- Solid experience with ORM frameworks, including SQLAlchemy, and database migration tools such as Alembic.
- Experience in writing clean, maintainable, scalable, high-performance code and unit testing.
- Deep understanding of Python’s multi-threading, multi-processing, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience in Prompt engineering, vibe coding, using AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude Code, Windsurf, or similar coding assistants.
- Ability to review, validate, and optimize AI-generated code while ensuring maintainability, security, and performance standards.




- Experience and knowledge of SDLC and agile framework.

Qualifications:

Education details: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Required Skills:

- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Python development.

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to modern engineering platforms such as Harness / Specification-Driven Development (SDD).
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience integrating AI/LLM-based services into applications.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Docker and containerized application development.
- Experience with Redis or other caching mechanisms.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
