Role Description The Python Developer will work in a full-time remote capacity, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of backend services and applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and testable Python code, implementing APIs, integrating databases, and collaborating with front-end and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. The role involves participating in code reviews,



troubleshooting and optimizing existing applications, and ensuring scalability, security, and performance across systems.

The developer will also contribute to technical documentation, support deployment processes, and continuously improve development workflows and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Proficiency in back-end web development, including building and maintaining APIs and server-side logic.
- Hands-on experience with software development practices such as version control, testing, and CI/CD.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), data modeling, and query optimization.
- Familiarity with common Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI) is highly beneficial.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team, with robust communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
