Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities for construction projects.

- Handle procurement of fire-fighting and plumbing materials, equipment, and related items.

- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.

- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and finalize orders.

- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials as per project requirements.

- Coordinate with project, site, engineering, and accounts teams for purchase requirements.

- Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, quality, and material availability.

- Maintain proper purchase records, vendor documentation, and MIS reports.

- Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

- Resolve issues related to quality, quantity, delivery, and vendor payments.





- Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Ensure procurement is aligned with project budgets and timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchase/procurement.

- Experience in construction, fire-fighting, plumbing, MEP, or infrastructure projects preferred.

- Valuable knowledge of fire-fighting and plumbing materials.

- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and purchase/ERP systems.

- Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within strict deadlines.
