Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager with strong experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry to manage end-to-end procurement activities, vendor relationships, and material sourcing for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities for construction projects.
- Source and evaluate vendors, suppliers, and contractors based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and commercial conditions with suppliers.
- Procure construction materials, equipment, tools, consumables, and project requirements.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure timely availability of materials as per project requirements and schedules.
- Compare quotations, prepare comparative statements (CS), and recommend the best commercial options.
- Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, material quality,



and supplier performance.
- Coordinate with Projects, Stores, Finance, and other departments for procurement requirements.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure procurement within approved budgets.
- Maintain proper documentation, purchase records, and MIS reports.

Candidate Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Strong preference for candidates from Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure companies.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and market rates.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
- Experience in handling multiple project procurement requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement software.
- Ability to work independently and manage procurement within strict timelines.
- Candidates willing to work in Shimla are preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
