We are hiring experienced professionals for the role of Python Full Stack / Backend Developer. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for technology, and experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and backend services.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI).
- Build full-stack web applications with responsive UI using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and up-to-date frameworks (React/Angular).
- Develop backend logic, database models, and optimize SQL/NoSQL queries (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Implement secure authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth2) and follow security best practices.
- Integrate third-party APIs, internal services, and microservices architecture.
- Work with caching (Redis), message queues (RabbitMQ/Celery), and asynchronous tasks.
- Manage deployment pipelines using Git, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues with minimal downtime.
- Write clean, reusable,



and testable code with unit and integration testing (PyTest/Unittest).
- Collaborate with frontend, product, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end features.
- Participate in system design, code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile development processes.
- Ensure high performance, scalability, maintainability, and security of applications.
- Monitor logs, performance metrics, and optimize applications for better throughput.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Python (Core & Advanced)
- Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Expertise in RESTful API development
- Knowledge of Microservices architecture
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB / Redis)
- Strong frontend skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React / Angular) for Full Stack roles
- Proficient with version control tools (Git, GitHub / GitLab)
- Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Experience in unit testing and test automation (PyTest / Unittest)
- Knowledge of API security (JWT, OAuth2)
- Skills in performance optimization and debugging
- Comfortable with Linux and shell scripting
