- Core Responsibilities
- Vendor Management: Research, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers. Negotiate pricing, discounts, and contract terms.
- Procurement Operations: Create purchase orders, track shipments, and coordinate logistics to prevent project delays.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory reconciliation, and avoid shortages or surplus.
- Quality & Compliance: Verify that received goods meet company quality standards and regulatory policies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date databases of purchases, pricing, delivery logs, and invoices. Coordinate with accounts payable for billing
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools like SAP.
- Soft Skills: Solid negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹10,878.29 - ₹35,000.00 per month
