POSITION DETAILS

Designation: CSO - Cum - Fire Officer

Reporting To: Plant Head, Nuh. Dotted line reporting to Director - Security & Admin, Corporate Office, Noida

Number of Position: 01

Nature: Full Time, On-site, 6 Days Working

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Security Side: Overall security of plant including main gate, loading bay, boundary wall and rear pilferage points. Supervision of CCTV system covering boundary wall, ponds, employee quarters and critical areas. Manpower management of security guards. Control of entry-exit of material, vehicle and visitors. Liaison with local police for any incident.

Fire Safety Side: Daily checking of fire extinguishers, hydrants, fire valve chambers and alarm system. Coordination with approved vendor for firefighting work and NOC renewal. Conducting monthly fire mock drills and training of employees. Ensuring all fire equipment are functional and accessible. Compliance with Fire Department and Factory rules.

General:



Ensure hygiene, discipline and safety standards in plant. Incident reporting and investigation. Support in audit by FSSAI, PCB and Labour Department.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Ex-Army JCO or Ex-Police Sub-Inspector or Head Constable with minimum 10 to 15 years of service. Candidate should have basic training or certificate course in Fire and Safety. Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control and Fire Equipment is must. Age should be below 55 years and medically fit. Candidate from Nuh, Mewat or nearby area will be preferred for better police and local administration liaison. Good communication in Hindi and basic English required.

BUDGET & CTC:

Proposed CTC: As per company policy for CSO grade plus Fire Safety Allowance. Exact salary to be finalized during interview by management. Other perks as per company norms.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
