Job Title : Purchase Executive

Experience: 2–5 years ctc- upto 3.6 Lpa (depends on interview)

working Days - Monday to Friday (10 AM to 6.30 PM), 2nd & 4th Saturday off

A. Role Overview

We are hiring a Purchase Executive to support import & domestic purchases through execution,

documentation follow-ups, and coordination with suppliers, CHA, and internal teams. This is a hands-on execution role, not a negotiation or sourcing position

B. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and track purchase orders and proforma invoices
- Coordinate import documentation and shipment follow-ups
- Liaise with CHA and freight forwarders
- Maintain accurate import trackers
- Coordinate with Accounts, Warehouse, and QA teams

C. Must-Have Skills

- Import purchase exposure
- Strong understanding of import documents & Incoterms
- Excellent follow-up discipline
- Clear English email communication
- Comfortable with Excel trackers
- Comfortable with Tally,



Spectrum by Microbrain or similar software’s.

D. Not a Fit If (Please Avoid These Profiles)

- Only domestic purchase background
- Weak in coordination and follow-ups
- No exposure to import documentation
- Poor data / tracker discipline
