Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and ensure timely availability of materials. The candidate should have good negotiation skills, knowledge of industrial products, and must have practical knowledge of Import & Export procedures and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end procurement processes for materials, equipment, and consumables.
- Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Compare quotations and negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO).
- Maintain proper documentation of purchase records.
- Coordinate with Stores and Accounts departments for smooth operations.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Maintain the vendor database and evaluate supplier performance.
- Handle and coordinate Import & Export activities, including required documentation and communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and other concerned parties.




- Must have knowledge of Import & Export procedures, shipping documentation, logistics coordination, and related compliance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure materials are procured as per requirements and within the approved budget.

Required Skills:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
- Basic understanding of industrial products (preferred)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Qualification:

- Diploma, Degree, ITI & Graduation in any filed

Experience:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in purchase/procurement role
- Experience in industrial products / engineering company preferred

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
